We have two new members who have joined the music portion of the presentation: my dear friends Jenny Green (vocals, guitar) and Kenn Busch (bass, mandolin and soundman extraordinaire). We have a set of brand new tunes to offer up tomorrow, sprinkled in amongst some amazing writers reading their poetry, so please come out if you can. As always, we would love to see you.

Well summer’s in full swing, the 4th of July is tomorrow, my garden is coming along nicely and I continue to procrastinate on my podcast not to mention blog posts, art updates and song updates. Sorry about that, but that’s the way the cookie crumbles in summer. I have a love hate relationship with summer (the sun, heat and humidity can be yucky for me) – but lately the weather has been fantastic and I’ve been taking full advantage of it. My favorite place lately is the riverfront, but I’ve also been pretty obsessive about my garden this year too.
I really can’t convey how much I need to be near water.
